Does my Hubby count? He loves them almost as much as I do- really! My six year old son also loves to hear the stories.
My 14 year old son would never admit to liking them, but I know he at least thinks all of their little accessories are neat.

Dad likes them too!
And when I take them to camp with me, a few boys liked to play with the girls!

When my mom brought Felicity to meet me at school when I was in second grade, the boys were crowded around just as much as the girls! There was this one boy who even said, "I want an American boy doll!"

I don't just now, but when I was growing up, I knew several boys who owned their own AGs. One of my younger sister's best friends was a boy named Jonathan who truly treasured his Samantha.

My brother wanted an AG badly when he was little (about six years old). My mom bought him Kirsten and changed him into Larson. He's been a boy doll ever since!
Check my albums to see some Larson pictures.

Are you kidding me? My boyfriend feels funny even holding one. He won't even take her by the body (it makes him feel uncomfortable, like he's touching the doll in a place he shouldn't) and has to get her -- carefully! -- by two arms.

My 14yo son was walking by the computer the other day while I was looking at a post on different Kits and he asked "What's wrong with that Kit?" so he does pay attention and I would say he does know the different dolls.
He read the books when he was younger (he's a real history buff) and now gets a kick out out of the girls excitement when something new comes. They got Kit and Josie's lunches for VD and he was checking them out. We teased him that his LOTR figures could have a picnic with the girls.

I had a friend when I was younger that was a boy and got a Samantha doll to play with his sister with, and when they came over to our house. He wouldn't let us even touch her, and he really liked her until he started going to public school. Then everything changed. (he'd been homeschooled before then.)
I think that boys probably WOULD like AG dolls, if it wasn't for all the peer pressure that they get telling them that it's a girl's activity. really!
